Garantees and support for investment
- Freedom to invest (declaratory investment subject to the lawful activities, freedom of creation of company, choice of the activity and the localization).
- Identical guarantee of salary of the national investors and foreign investors.
- Guarantee of transfers of the funded capital and the incomes for the foreign investors
- Possibility of recourse to the international arbitration for the foreign investors
- Multilateral agreements and bilateral concerning the IDE, in particular, conventions of encouragement and protection of the investments and conventions of non-double taxation.
To this end, of the agreements of protection and encouragement were ratified by the Algerian government with the large European countries, the United States and Canada:
- Convention relating to the creation of the multilateral agency of guarantee of the investments.
- Convention for the payment of different relating to the investments.
- The agreement of free exchange between the union European and Algeria
- Agreements between Algeria and the principal industrialized countries for non-double imposition.
